Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All orders within the United States are free shipping. We only ship within the United States, no international shipping. Orders are delivered within 7-10 business days, due to Covid-19 you may experience delays. Overnight delivery is not available.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.toastysf.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes

8.5 % tax will be added to your order.

Damages
www.toastysf.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final because of the nature of print and demand, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us, please email hello@toastysf.com. Please do not send your purchase back to us.
