Tip #1 - Create a Survey
When ordering for smaller groups, we recommend doing a quick SurveyMonkey to understand your team’s food preferences. Your questions can include the following: what’s your favorite type of protein? It is there a food you don’t love? Do you have any allergies? What’s your favorite cuisine? Do you follow a special diet?
Once the survey is completed, gather all the information and use it when ordering catering. It can be as simple as 50% of my team is vegan, or 10% of my team is lactose intolerant or gluten-free. We find it crucial to have milk options for ALL! In our experience, about 50-60% of the team prefers milk alternatives like almond and oat milk with their coffee. Oat Milk: Oat milk has more riboflavin (vitamin B-2) than cow's milk. To boost the nutritional value of oat milk, many manufacturers add additional vitamins and minerals. It may also help to decrease your cholesterol levels. Beta-glucans is a soluble fiber with heart health advantages, and is abundant in oat milk.
